How Can You Help?

Volunteers are vital to the success of our activities and in the continued growth of our Society.  Whether you volunteer for a day or for several days or for a long-term project, your contribution will play an important part in our operations.

At the moment our most pressing volunteer requirements are in the following departments:

Annual Conferences:  The Conference committee involves over a dozen separate tasks, ranging from designing promotional materials to setting up booths and displays at the conference itself.  Most of the projects are of short duration but, when all are brought together, the result has always been a memorable experience for both the attendees and those who helped to make it possible.  Ask about how you can get involved in this worthwhile project!

Community Building: The homeopathic community in BC has never been more cohesive and active, in large part due to the ongoing efforts of WCHS members.  Each year we organize social and networking events that bring together members and non-members, homeopaths and students, business managers and patients in the spirit of celebrating our common commitment to homeopathy.  Let us know if you can help, such as by hosting an event at your home.

Scholarship Fund:  The Board is looking for several members from a variety of educational backgrounds to provide input on formulating policy regarding the awarding of scholarships.
