KEYNOTE SPEAKER
The Keynote Speaker this year will be Carole Summer, homeopath and midwife, who lives and practices in Kaslo, BC.
Her Saturday presentation, entitled Making Dreams Come True; How Homeopathy can address the challenges of conception in the 21st century, will explore issues of infertility and conception in the homeopathic context. With cultural attitudes that make normal pregnancy and natural childbirth a rare event, how can homeopaths guide women and their families to healthy outcomes? Audience participation will be encouraged.

SATURDAY FEATURED PRESENTERS:
Manon Bolliger: Bowen technique as an adjunct to homeopathy to support all stages of pregnancy Manon will introduce the basics of Bowen technique and will explain how it complements homeopathic treatment during pregnancy and attracts new patients to your client base.
El Cecchetto: Your questions answered about certification with the CHC El is our Canadian representative with the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC) and she will discuss recent developments that can affect both current and prospective certified homeopaths.
Side by Side Homeopathy: Report on volunteering in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside Representatives from Side by Side will provide an update of new activities and challenges involving this important local volunteer project.
R.S. Saini: The Carbon series and early development Ram returns to review Jan Scholten's insights into the Periodic Table, specifically the Carbons that include issues of separation and identity.
As in the past, this conference will provide an opportunity for all members of the homeopathic community to network with your colleagues, expand your knowledge base, and identify resources and products that you can use in your practice.

Carole Summer: The Labyrinth of Birth with Homeopathy in the Childbearing Year
Carole Summer, RCSHom, CCH combines extensive experience as both midwife and classical homeopath to provide an in-depth and unique perspective to treating women and their reproductive issues. Today she will review midwifery and obstetrical models of care and homeopathic treatment during pregnancy, labour, and delivery. Through the homeopathic process of preparing women for motherhood and their children for a healthy life, homeopaths can establish bonds of trust and confidence that will bring whole families into their homeopathic practice.
