West Coast Homeopathic Society welcomes homeopathic and natural health-related businesses to participate in our 6th Annual Conference in Vancouver on Saturday, April 25, 2009.

The 2008 Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for you to present your products and services directly to the homeopathic community in BC.  Exhibitors can use this occasion to develop important relationships with new and existing customers.  We expect that conference attendees will be predominantly homeopaths, students, and recent graduates who are in the market to purchase items related to establishing their practices.

As a WCHS Conference Exhibitor, you will receive:

  • Recognition as a leading supporter of the homeopathic community in BC

  • Prime exhibit space during refreshment and luncheon breaks, which will be held in the exhibition area

  • Acknowledgement in the conference programme and on the WCHS website

  • Two complimentary Exhibitor passes, which include access to all conference events and complimentary refreshments and luncheon buffet

Exhibitor booths include a skirted 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and approximately 4 feet of standing room behind the table.  Oversize booths are available at special rates.  The colour scheme is white on white, which will avoid conflicting with exhibitors' individual displays.  There is no backdrop available for any of the booths and we are not permitted to hang signs on the walls.  Access to electrical outlets and internet connection can be arranged upon request.

Booths are expected to remain open for the duration of the conference.  Set-up is required 30 minutes before the start of proceedings (8:45 am) and strike-down must be completed within 30 minutes of the end of the day (5:00 pm).

Standard Booth (6-foot table):
     $ 150.00   Earlybird Rate:  Before March 1
     $ 180.00   After March 1, 2009

Oversize Booth (8-foot plus 6-foot tables):
     $ 200.00   Earlybird Rate:  Before March 1
     $ 250.00   After March 1, 2009

The above rates have been held low in part to encourage exhibitors to provide a 10% discount on all purchases made by WCHS members.  This discount offer is another incentive for non-members to join our Society and your co-operation will be much appreciated.

Cancellation policy:
     Cancellation received before March 31:  Full refund less $25
     Cancellation received before April 15:  Full refund less $50
